Designed a website ‘Street Counter Pass’ for Hong Kong Land Department to manage applications for both external and internal users.
Designed a website called ‘Road Defect Detection System (RDDS)’ to detect road defects with the use of AI, and users can define different types of road defects, including discolored road markings, line cracks and area cracks.
Designed a logo of RDDS, which the logo is not only used on RDDS website but also used for users to click and access through the webpage of Highways Department.

Design + Augmented Intelligence Lab

Member of Cornell University’s Design + Augmented Intelligence (DAIL) Lab.
Participated in DAIL’s UX research group, analyzing the results of wayfinding experiments: users wore VR goggles and used a supportive app to navigate a university campus building.
Conducted literature review on the subject of human interaction with virtual reality goggles; identified main behaviors and user problems associated with VR hardware.
Annotated various animations from the experiment by using NVivo to analyze participants’ motivations with different behavior markers.

China East Computer

Interned in the Design Team of China East Computer to develop the logo of the company.
Joined in the Design Team, as party A, to cooperate with an Istanbul designer, and I mainly participate in communicating with the designer, giving advice, planning the whole process and making a final decision for the development of the logo.

May 2020 - August 2020

China Literature Ltd. By Tencent

Interned in the Interaction Design Team of ‘Starting point Chinese net’ to develop the ‘Starting Point’ App, a reading App in China, for creating more efficient and interactive connection between users and the App.
Designed posters and web banners of various based on different activities in ‘Starting Point’ App and App store to attract new users and to firm long-term users.

Shanghai Tower Construction and

Development

Interned in the Product Team under Marketing Center for Shanghai Tower.
Worked for various design of derivative products by brand ‘Shanghai Tower’, which were sale in the souvenir shop, to not only add diversity of items but also to advocate for this landmark in Shanghai.
